Primary 4 children in Miss Farrell's class enjoyed 6 workshops with Beam Creative Network. This pilot programme used drama and digital interactive techniques to engage the children to: Help them make good 'lifestyle' decisions and choices, Encourage positive behaviours and decision making, Reduce harm and risk taking behaviour and Promote personal development by looking at issues that affect them. The interactive workshops covered a range of themes: Health and Wellbeing, Decision Making - Peer Pressure, Resilience - Coping Strategies, Internet Safety, Celebrating Difference and Stranger Danger.
