Our Parish Mission began on Saturday 28 February and will hold its final mass on Sunday 8 March. Today, Fr Ciaran and Fr Noel, accompanied by our curate Fr Steven Crossan, came down to St Mary's Primary School to speak to all the boys and girls.
They brought a special message with them: Jesus loves us. We feel His love in the kind and caring people around us, our families and our friends. The children were asked to accept a mission and bring this good news home to their parents and ask them, their grandparents and extended families to attend the Mission in the Church of St Therese at 8.00p.m. each evening.
The children were also asked to say something nice to someone in school today, so that, that person may feel special and thus feel the love of God.
