Our task was to test the 'waterproofness' of different types of materials. Like all good scientists, we made our predictions before carrying out our investigations.
We discovered which materials were waterproof and which ones were not waterproof.
When we discovered that plastic is a waterproof material, we decided to make coats for our teddies and soft toys!
We took our teddies out for a walk in the rain to test if the coats really were waterproof!
Guess what?
Our teddies came back to the classroom and they were dry! Their new plastic coats were waterproof!
P.S. Our teddies had such an adventure out in the rain!!!
