Mr Mackle's P7 class took time out from a very busy Christmas period to enjoy some well deserved pizza. The class came together to celebrate Christmas as a class and suggested having our own Christmas dinner which was their own choice...Dominoes! In total, as a class together, we raised £100.00 and £50.00 of that was used to purchase the food but more importantly the children donated the other £50.00 to St.Vincent de Paul which I thought was an amazing gesture. Peter Kearns (President from St. Vincent de Paul) and I would like to say to all the parents, "thank you for your kind generosity and be very proud of your children." Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!
You will also see some pictures of the children's hard work on Scrooge. They have created the face using clay and we will paint them after Christmas.
