Coronavirus School Update 4

Dear Parent/Guardian

As you are aware all schools are closed effective from Monday 23^rd March.

In light of this, staff have been busy preparing work packs for your child to take home. Staff have also uploaded additional work to our website under Home Learning. A password for access will be issued on our app later.

Pupil work packs may be collected from your child’s class on Friday 20^th March 12.00pm to 2.00pm, or on Monday 23^rd March 10.00am to 12.00pm. Please note Nursery packs will be available on Monday ONLY.

All parents and children must use their OWN classroom’s entrance. P3 and P4 parents and children may collect their packs from the main foyer entrance using the bottom door. Pupils collecting Transfer Test packs must use the main entrance door and collect from the Principal’s office.  

Please make sure you have ticked your child’s/children’s year group or groups, in the school app, to receive specific information regarding work for your child’s year group during the closure period.

We kindly ask that all reading books and text books are returned to your child’s class on Friday or Monday. These may be left in the box located in your child’s classroom, or on their desk.

We ask that P4-P7 pupils log on to www.c2kschhols.net to check that their username and password is working. If there are any problems, please contact the school on 028 40662572 or email info@stmarys.banbridge.ni.sch.uk.
