Erasmus + Host Visit - Day 2 activities
Day 2 of our host visit began with a workshop on Etwinning and how we can use this as a tool to enhance our project in the context of a European platform. Alan Cowie, an Etwinning specialist with The British Council demonstrated to partners how to use this tool to manage and promote our @museart project.
Our Etwinning workshop was followed by a visit to Ferguson's Irish Linen Centre, where Nigel Spiers delivered an interesting historical talk and guided tour of the functioning linen centre.
After a special lunch prepared by our canteen staff, our partners engaged in a hands on, practical workshop held by Mrs Pauline Comiskey on St.Brigid and how to create a St.Brigid's cross with reeds. Everyone enjoyed making their own St.Brigid's cross to take back home to their respective countries.
