Laura O'Rourke from 'Menssana' spent time delivering a workshop to P3/P4 and P5 children. The workshop was all about making healthy choices and giving children tips on how to live long healthy lives. Laura provided each child with a booklet which offers puzzles and information to promote staying healthy. The workshops were great and we look forward to welcoming Laura back for a parents information evening in June.
