After our cinema trip today, P7JMc were lucky to be able to spend some time with Mrs Magill learning some hand reflexology techniques to calm them and help them with anxiety and sleep and coughs and colds. They enjoyed finding the reflexes and feeling for imbalances, and we discovered some talented reflexologists in training in the class. Well done!
