Hi Folks,
I think we all need a little hope & positivity in our lives right now so please find attached some resources & exercises which you might find useful during this time for dealing with stress.
It’s as important to look after our mental health as it is our physical health. Dealing with worry and stress are a lot like sweeping the floor, you can sweep it once and it’s clean but if you don’t stay on top of it every day it gets dirty again. Focusing on 3 small positive actions each day can be helpful.
