On Monday our Primary 5 children had the opportunity to experience 'A Mesolithic/Neolithic Workshop' in the hall. The workshop was provided by The Active Learning Company and a big thank you must go to Rita and Rebecca for their delivery and patience on the day. The children had an interactive hands on experience, moulding clay bowls, dressing up, hunting boar, drawing fossils, building tombs, making axes, creating Mesolithic type huts and exploring artefacts as archeologists. The workshop was a great extension of the classroom and our children had so much fun!
