This week, Primary 5 had the opportunity to taste a variety of breads from around the world. We have been learning about the origins of bread and how bread is produced as part of our World Around Us topic on Mesolithic and Neolithic Ireland. The children really enjoyed tasting a variety of breads and deciding which was their favourite.
