The children loved our Spa Day today as part of our Therapy Fridays!
Dressed in their pyjamas, they were treated to a relaxing reflexology session with Mrs Magill in our sensory room. On a comfy beanbag and under a weighted blanket, they felt all their worries and stress float away. They said it really helped them to regulate how they were feeling and to get into the Blue Calm Zone. A few nearly had a wee nap as it made them feel so chilled! A unanimous vote that reflexology is added to our Therapy Fridays from now!
