Dear Parent/Carer
St Mary’s Summer Scheme will operate during July and August this year. The Scheme will commence on Monday 1st July until Friday 23rd August with the exception of the week beginning Monday 8th July.
Scheme sessions will run from 9.00am to 1.00pm and from 1.30pm to 5.30pm each day. A Breakfast Club will operate from 8.00am and a late pick club from 5.30pm to 6.00pm, at no extra cost. Full supervision will be given to pupils staying for a full day session from 1pm to 1.30pm to enable children to have a lunch.
- Half day session will cost £14.00.
- Full day session will cost £25.00
- Full week placement will cost £100.00.
- Full weekly morning or weekly afternoon placements will cost £65.00.
- Discounts will be available for siblings and families attending.
Your child will be involved in various sport, leisure and educational activities at school and at the leisure centre. He/she will take part in ICT, Maths and Literacy games as well as Art, Technology, Cookery, Book Club, library visits, trips etc. Each day will be fun, educational and very busy.
If you are interested, please complete the registration form issued with this letter. Please indicate clearly which days/weeks/times you wish to avail of the scheme and return to your child’s teacher. Please return your form on or before Friday 7th June.
