Congratulations to all the boys who took part in the Tullylish Gaelic Blitz today. The boys from P5 to P7 all played with great heart and St Mary's A team were crowned Champions after some fantastic football in the final against St Coleman's, Laurencetown. Our B team did extremely well and were only narrowly defeated by the A team. Both teams played some excellent passing football. Our C team, of mostly P5 and P6 boys, showed great determination in their 3 games despite playing other teams fielding mostly P7 boys.
Well done to Adam McCann who was named player of the day for St Mary's A team, Fergus McSherry who was named player of the day for St Mary's B team and Eoghan McAdam who was named player of the day for St Mary's C team. Well done to all the boys. Thank you to Mr McGrane and Mr Devlin for taking the boys. Good luck in next Tuesday's blitz in Hilltown.
