'Write it Right' Handwriting Competition!

This is the third year of the competition and I am delighted that it is going from strength to strength. Every child in the the school made a huge effort to improve their handwriting. I was extremely impressed with the very high standard of entries which made the decision of awards very difficult. Each class was awarded 3 prizes: Best Boy, Best Girl and Most Improved. The competition has continued to generate a greater awareness of the importance of good handwriting and presentation. All the staff in St. Mary's are delighted to see how excited, enthusiastic and committed the children are to Write it Right!
