Our P5 children really enjoyed the 'Yellow Day' celebrations today. Children dressed in yellow to show their support for anyone who might be struggling with their mental health and well - being. Each class had a Well- Being Breakfast, took part in The Daily Mile, completed some Online Yoga and created sunflowers with vibrant pastel colours. The day was a huge success and our children really enjoyed taking a break and focusing on areas in life which help promote positive mental health and well - being.
As a school we would like to thank David McKay from Tesco who kindly donated £50.00 towards our 'Well - Being Breakfast' it was a great success. A special thank you to Mr Devlin, P6 School Council members and all our Classroom Assistants who helped to prepare the breakfast, amazing team effort.
